Destination Health offers two beautiful courses that will take you through Denver's City Park. Runners and walkers choosing the 5K route will be timed and those interested in taking a shorter route are invited to enjoy the one mile option.
Take I-70 to Colorado Blvd and head south to 23rd. Travel west to the parking lots between the Denver Zoo and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. You can also take I-25 to Colorado Blvd and go north to 23rd Avenue where you'll head west to the parking areas.

The Center for African American Health is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the African-American community. The Center partners with a wide variety of health-education and health-delivery organizations to develop and provide culturally appropriate disease prevention and disease management programs to thousands of African Americans each year. We offer programs on diabetes, cardiovascular disease, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and colon cancer, as well as a wellness program for seniors, and health literacy training

Invite your friends via email or post to your facebook account (easy to use buttons for invite and FaceBook at end of registration).
Team Captains can pickup an information packet at the Center for African American Health. All participants will receive their t-shirt, timing chip and bib at the registration booth the day of the event. On-site Registration begins at 730am.
Note, prices for adults rises after May 1st, so don't delay and register!
